Viceroy Lingerie is a well-established, bespoke business importing premium lingerie, swimwear and sleepwear to supply retail stores across Australia.

We require the right person to join our team on a part time basis, starting at 15-20 hours per week.

Your primary activities will be:

  • Entering received customer orders into the system
  • Picking and packing goods according to packing slips
  • Booking couriers and dispatching shipments
  • Receiving, unpacking and sorting goods

In addition to the core activities, you may be required to assist in the day-to-day administration of the business.

Working from our office/warehouse in Clayton South alongside our small, friendly team and reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will require proficiency in basic software (Microsoft office), mature attitude, good time management skills and an ability to work independently when needed.

To be successful in this role you must have an exceptional attention to detail and be able to combine accuracy with speed to meet deadlines.

Most of your work will be done on your feet, therefore your fitness level should be appropriate. There will be no heavy lifting in this role.

In addition to the core requirements listed above, any of the following skills and experiences will be well regarded:

  • Previous warehouse work experience
  • Fashion, sales or marketing experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Lingerie fitting knowledge
  • Graphic design/photography/videography skills

In addition to your wage (which will depend on the summary of your skills) you will receive super, other entitlements and full on the job training.
